Legit the worst location. I keep hoping it will get better since it’s so close to work but every time I get disappointed. This... location needs some serious work. Not sure if they don’t train their staff or if it’s them just not caring but the drinksare terrible and so is the service. Go to PVM instead they’re amazing. Read more

The worst. I was shocked honestly. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe with extra espresso and honestly all am sipping upon... right now is ice. No caramel. No coffee. It’s JUST ICE. And the whipping cream is so over the top… it’s 50-50 of ice andwhipping cream. I’m disappointed tbh Read more

Terrible customer service. The staff is rude every time I got there. I don’t understand why you need to show me attitude when... I’m asking nicely for extra pumps of syrup and I’m willing to pay for it. Seriously some people should not work in customerservice if they can’t treat people right. Read more
