Very slow service. I received my sandwich quick but I also ordered just a black coffee and it took 15 minutes. By the time I... got my coffee my sandwich was cold. When i told the employee I was still waiting for my coffee he walked away and sent anotheremployee to me. It was very rude. Read more

On my last visit to get a caramel latte the sevice from the cashier was terrible. When ordering there was no smile or interest... in serving me. Then I came back to ask a question why he didn't use the money on my card when I realized he didn't. His responsewas that I didn't ask him to. He did this with a very strong attitude like I was to blame and I was bothering him. I just askedhim politely why so I would understand. I've pretty much stopped going to Starbucks and was actually spending the money todelete my account and remove the app. This experience just proves I'm making the right choice to stop being a starbucks cust.Next time I'll go to a different location to spend the last $4 on my card. Starbucks was great but I find they are very pricey and overrated The restaurant itself was very clean and staff seem friendly .

Located nearby metro so easily accessible. Staff is friendly and provide good customer service. A lot of space available to sit... and spend some time alone or with friends and family. Read more

Bad service, at least today. The guy who seemed to be the manager was kind of lost, not giving much priority to the customers... inside, more worried about the ones who ordered by the apps(ubereats, skip, etc?). They forgot about my order, then was askingme what was it after many minutes waiting, only when I showed the recipe they started to make it. Read more

Not the first time visiting this location, and initially didn't seem busy, as there was an abundance of places to sit. To my... surprise there were at least 5 people working the counter, but as I found out, completely disorganized. As my simple mocha tookmore than 10 minutes to make. And multiple customers after me were served. After approaching the counter to get clarification ofthe amount of time, I received a "puzzled" look from the staff, I finally asked to see the manager to hopefully get someclarity. After a long explanation, it appears Uber eats ordering takes priority to in house paying customers. As a once loyalcustomer, I have been finding it hard to continue with Starbucks, due to the numerous store closures, and the poor customerservice. Once I was ready to sit and enjoy the coffee, I had to ask to have my table cleaned as the store appears very poorlymaintained. There are plenty of other options for coffee on the area, and next time....I plan to visit someplace else, notStarbucks. Read more
