just like all the reviews, i would give 0 if i could. i drove 25 mins to get to starbucks, the guy working just looked at me and... shakes his head, its 10:45pm, closing is at 11, then the girl opens the drive thru window bc im standing and continuouslyknocking then tells me ?all my workers are sick theres no employees? and i was like oh okay i understand, but after reading allthe reviews on here where they repeatedly have told this story to numerous people, i am BOILING. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. letme educate you workers, you clean AFTER CLOSING TIME. which is 11PM NOT 10:45. 10:45 is still opening time. i used to work atIGA closing the bistro and leaving 1 hour after closing and i would deal with the hours because its my JOB. i got out of that bci worked hard, if it was them put in our situation of driving all the way to the Starbucks then they would be mad as well it?slike would you want that to happen to you? Something needs to be done about this Starbucks!!! I am a walk-in client, and this Starbucks is often closed to walk-ins (only... open for drive-thru)!!! Lack of staff, maybe??? Very frustrating indeed and I will take my business elsewhere. Update: Btw, found a Van Houtte coffee shop not too far from this Starbucks. Friendly staff, good coffee. I have been to this branch three times and every time when I arrive they say we are closed and the reason is that there are no... workers!! And the supervisor is completely disrespectful... Ok, this has been going on for a while now. I understand that with covid, and short staff, sometimes stores have to close... earlier, or even close their dining rooms and only accept take out/drive through customers. BUT WHY DO YOU DISCONNECT YOUR PHONEwhen we only want to check if you're open or not? I just drove 25 minutes to get here. Before parking my car I checked from thewindow if there are people inside, and there were people inside indeed! I get off my car and find the door closed and thebarrista saying "we're close". Like wth? Are there any standards as to when you guys should close your doors? I didn't hear anynews regarding maximum number of people allowed inside from the government recently so why? I'm in the middle of my final exams,took 25 min of my precious time to come here grab a coffee and have a quick study session just to take a break from my room allday, now I have wasted 1h of my time and got a bad mood as an extra thanks to you guys. Sunday November 13th, 2022: 40+ mins wait in drive-thru for around 8 cars, 2 other cars drove away and stopped waiting because... it was so long.
