I?ve ordered off Uber eats like five times from here. I like it. I was surprised they have my favorite desert Tiramisu I ordered... Indian and usually Indian restaurants only have the same old stuff. So when I saw that I was happy. I?ve eaten their combo withregular curries and also tried saag paneer and korma. Good taste. The thing is Montreal does not have good Indian food comparedto other cities in Canada, so knowing that, I have to say this is probably the best Montreal has in terms of more authentic andless watered down like some of the other ones I tried here. Pleasant surprise...when a restaurant sells itself as a " fine Italian/Indian cuisine", it's easy to be skeptical. How can a... restaurant do both of these radically different styles of cuisine? This restaurant is not the best Italian resto, and it isn'tthe best Indian resto either...they do however manage to do both fairly well. We had the vegetarian calzone, which was quitelarge and well stuffed with veggies and cheese. We also had a vegetable biryani, and an Indian Thali (a mix of different indianitems). The biryani was good, very colourful, aromatic and simply delicious. The thali was overall good, but we found that noneof the items were really warm...the food was at room temperature. The thali was tasty, just wished it had been warmer. So thisplace is worth trying, especially if you're the indecisive kind of person, who can't choose between pizza, pasta or samosas andbiryani. This has to be one of the best concepts for a restaurant. It's not fusion of Indian and Italian, but 2 distinctly separate... menus. Great for us as our kids don't eat Indian food, so can get a pizza or pasta while we enjoy the great Indian dishes thatSandhu offers. Read more
