This is a cute little neighborhood restaurant. We chose this restaurant for our last dinner in Montreal. I looked over the menu... before booking and loved all the vegetable options on their menu. After traveling for a while, I was so happy to find arestaurant with lighter options. Food was really good. Flavours were unique and highlighted the ingredients used. Excellent food and attentive service. We had the 4-course tasting menu (10 small dishes) and were (very happily) full by the end... of it. Favourites were the oyster mushroom, Nordic shrimp and squash dishes. I didn’t enjoy the lamb sausage as much butthat’s a matter of personal taste. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Read more
Hélicoptère is The restaurant to stop at in Montreal ! The food is delicious, the presentation is simply art, and the service... is just perfection. Five couples celebrating our friend’s 40 birthday, we choose to go with the ?incredible pairingmenu. With eleven bottles of wine, eight courses, and many shots of an excellent homemade orange-style limoncello, we had anunforgettable experience conducted by the maestro Philip. Philip made me forget that I must be worried about eating in arestaurant. Philip took full responsibility for my gluten-free needs and made sure I focused on having fun, something that onlyhappens in 100% gluten-free restaurants. My servings looked the same as the not gluten-free version my friends had, and thetaste was unbelievably good. The best thing about it was the surprising price. Don’t think about it - just go! The atmosphere, decor, service, food and drinks were immaculate (bussin’????). We literally... returned three times. Service: I always say that customer service can make or break someone’s experience and will ultimatelydetermine if I return. Lauri-Ann is a rockstar. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really welcomed us in a way that should makethe owners really proud to have her on their team. You can tell when someone has passion and really enjoys what they do. Fromhosting to serving, she provided amazing recommendations, whipped us up delicious cocktails, and all while tending to a roomfull of diners and with a welcoming smile. We were sold on the experience before we even tried the food! Food & Drinks: Thechicken sandwich and breakfast sandwiches were purchased twice ???? I’m (not) ashamed because it was so good we had to have itagain. We came back for dinner and tried the prix-fixe menu that came with a plethora of options. From the very first bite, wewere sold. I looked at my partner who mirrored a wide-eyed gaze as we dove back into the food. From decadent mushrooms, melt inyour mouth lamb, and a light and airy dessert to conclude the meal, this experience was easily in our top 10 meals around theworld.
