Excellent poutine. However, I saw a customer bring a pizza at his table, and I didn't see pizza on the menu when I came in...... That's what I would've ordered if I knew. The atmosphere is.. dead? Two or three employees (very friendly though), lots ofseated places, but it's VERY dated, and not in a charming vintage way. But if you're craving a good affordable poutine, this isthe place. What can I say about this iconic Eatery that hasn't already been said. Just really good everything on the menu. Lots of parking... extremely friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible. Guarantee if you go you will not be disappointed and will return Time AfterTime. Read more

Normally I love this place especially for pizza, but this time I ordered fish and chips expecting what was on the photo and got... a triangle fish like you buy at a grocery store, was not impressed. Not sure if they have new management as I don't see the sameold faces I've seen for years in the past. Please change to real battered fish ???? . Read more

A shame that this place has really gone down hill. No waiters. Have to order at the counter. The food and coffee was horrible.... Zero flavour. The potatoes had zero seasoning. Bland and boring. The eggs were basic. The bacon was the worst part. Looked andtasted like precooked bacon. It?s really too bad. Save your money and make breakfast at home. Read more

I was there 2 years ago and the food was much better. They changed some of their recipes and as a result, the end result was... less than satisfactory. I won't go back. Read more

I guess it?s the pandemic but was shocked to discover yesterday that they?ve fired their waiters and waitresses and replaced... them with a portable buzzer after payment that you take to your table that buzzes for you to go pick up your order. Like acafeteria. No table service, no cleaning off of tables, no water jug or cups for self-serve, no extra napkins, just a couple ofboxes of salt and pepper packets and stir sticks at the counter pick up. You will get one napkin on your tray and metalutensils. All ordering and payment is at walk in at the counter. I would?ve tipped differently if I?d realized they?d gottenrid of humans serving tables. I used to enjoy those humans; one always remembered our favourite table. We dined in but I?ve hadbetter service at a shopping mall food court. Finally, the cashier wore their mask below their nose. Wearing a mask in a hotgrill environment is tough but Ville-Emard is full of seniors, and this resto had several senior regulars inside. What a lack ofrespect. They might be fine for takeout but forget ?dining in.? I won?t be back. Read more

Ordered smoked meat sandwich. Waited 1hr and 25minutes. Asked for "fatty". I understand that when you ask for fat, it all... depends if there is some available, but this sandwich was extremely dry. The meat seemed as it was sliced beforehand, portionedand sitting there until an order comes in. The portion was extremely skimpy.A mcmuffin is thicker than this sandwich. Verydisapointed. It looks like they hiked their price and reduced the portions. Please do not take your customers for idiots. Thisis not what it used to be. Read more
