Holyyyyyy, the smoke meat poutine was everything I?ve ever dreamed of in a poutine. The meat was juicy and tender with the... perfect hint of char. Mix it with a mouthful of melted cheese curds, gravy, and fries, and it?s heaven in your mouth. This was aflavor bomb of savory perfection. I will dream about this poutine for years to come. I've got to say, we absolutely loved the gravy and the cheese curds in this poutine. We ordered the Elvis and the Smoked meat... poutine for a party of two and almost finished everything despite the relatively large portion sizes. We preferred the Elvis aswe found the smoked meat to be a little salty. The Elvis also comes with veggies which add more flavor and help cut through theheavy meal. This place can get pretty busy with take out orders so if you're sitting in, you'll have to be patient aboutservice. Chez Claudette was very delicious as a late night snack! Even as a takeout option. It was loaded with meat, the fries were... crunchy, gravy was thick and the curds were perfect.
