BEWARE: I ordered for delivery directly with this store and the pizzapizza delivery guy said that he doesn't have a machine and... insisted I pay cash. I told him that I select to pay by card. He then tried to get me to send an E-transfer. I told him no, thatis not standard business practice. Then he said he will need to go back to the store to get the machine. I said that he canleave the food and go and come back. He refused to leave it. No way was I going to wait so I canceled. he left. 30 secs later hecalls and says he has the machine. I don't know what games they are playing but they will do what they can to get the moneydirectly into their account. The store knew the situation and did not assist. Terrible customer service. No brand integrety forthis particular store. I just cancelled. BEWARE of unusual business practice for this store and their employees. Double checkeverything. Read more
Deserve 0 star. I ordered a pizza from here. After 30 minutes of wait, i asked about my order. Cashier replied, "Sorry, We... forget to make your order." Employees were busy on phone call with airpods on ear. Extremely Poor Service. Read more
Average food. Very slow service compared to other pizza pizza locations, they didn't even get my complete order and had to wait... even longer than people that order after me. Better off getting your food somewhere else. NEVER ordering here again. Read more
1star exceeds the satisfaction I have for their service. Missing item & late delivery. No simple way to reach out to customer... service and get my money back following their « time delivery guarantee ». Got hung up 2 times by customer service agent. 10days later i still not have the money back in my account neither the missing item in my stomach. Read more
Its an absolute disaster visiting this place. First and foremost the staff are least bothered about the quality. And... cleanliness, don?t even think about it. They neither follow the standards of making pizza nor have the knowledge to receive acustomer. All i can say is its waste of time and money getting food from here. Read more
This is my preferred pizza joint, always friendly service the staff are so kind. I?ve had mixed experiences with pizza pizza... in Montreal but this one is five star all the way. Look at this pizza, cooked to perfection. I was always impressed how thestaff here would have my pizza waiting and ready for pick up. They are super efficient with online orders. Every time I go inthere was someone at each of the tables enjoying their food. This is always a sign of a good value restaurant! Thanksagain???????? Read more
