Ordered, came to the counter but never got my order because the employees did not know how the app worked. They refered me to... customer service phone, but these did not answer and I hadn't more of my time to lose. Employees need to be taught how to usethe apps. Read more

I ordered 5 pizzas for 110$, I was going to leave a 15% tip (17$!), but the delivery driver insisted I leave a bigger tip. He... did not give me the machine and asked me multiple times to go over 15%. After I sternly refused for the 4th time, he finallyaccepted to stop bullying me into giving him more money. This is unacceptable. It makes me really uncomfortable to order again.I contacted the pizza pizza support via Email and I was refused to be accomodated for this quite sub-par experience. Also, lasttime I ordered in-person, the chicken burger was barely edible, they made me wait 1h30 for a disgusting burger because they hadno more bread. They could?ve cancelled my order and just refund me, but no they had to leave the chicken patty in the fryer thewhole time I was waiting clueless. Poor customer service experience. We specified payment upon delivery by credit card when we placed our online order. The person... who brought our order said there was a problem, didn't have the machine, and was rude and acted surprised that we might not havecash on hand. We did manage to collect enough together, but while he waited in our office lobby, he played loud music on hisphone. Not professional. He invited me to contact his manager if I had a complaint, but the business phone number just goesstraight to an ordering call center. The first call I made, the agent asked me for my order, and then went silent and hung upwhen I said I wanted to speak to the specific location about my order. The second time I called, I found the right menu optionfor customer support, but was on hold for so long that I gave up. The food was good, and arrived on time, and I do like thiscompany's plant-based menu options - that's why I've given 2 stars instead of 1. Will order from a different location next time. Read more

Pathetic Customer Service I ordered vegetable pizza for take out. When I went there, lady bring a box of pizza along with my... bill. So I didn't check at the time that whether pizza is mine or not. I drove back to my home and I found out she gave mesomeone else's pizza wich was full of pepperoni. I ran back to the store and talked to that lady. Insted of apologizing, shegave me different excuses. she said they often made this type of mistake and she was sick, she added. I was like how come she'seven there at work. She wasn't allow to be there if she is that much sick and made mistakes like this. I am fed up with pizzapizza's service. Read more

There was almost no ingredients on my pizza. Most options I asked to add where not added. There is only once slice of italian... sausage on half of the pizza as you can see in the picture. Basically, you pay for them to laugh at you. Thanks for yourservice! This is the worst Pizzapizza in Montreal. I did order to others from the franchise and they do your order properly.The one in CDN does not care about cooking properly. Read more

In store order takes a lot of time. Devastated area will be able to get relief foods faster than you make an order here. It... would be better if staff are accommodating while you wait.. but it seem staff have no ears,no eyes.. Read more
