My experience was short & sweet. My husband and I decided to pick up food on the way to visit my mother-in-law, so we placed an... order online. When we got there, my husband ran in and grabbed the pizzas. He was in and out pretty quick. The pizzas weregood. My mother-in-law enjoyed it, too. We got pepperoni & bacon with pan crust. The only thing that was tricky was the parkinglot at the store. You need to pull out of the lot and straight into traffic. Jean Talon is a busy street, so you need to time itright and be vigilant. We ordered 4 boxes in total, 3 medium pizza plus something new which was a cheesy pull. We had gotten 3 boxes out of the 4. The... driver who delivered the pizza's, informed us, he will bring us the cheesy pull. Fair enough, we understood the job itself canbe tough, however we waited nearly 1H30M without any response. So, we called the number thinking it was Pizza hut located closeto us, but that wasn't the case, apparently our order went to pizza hut in TMR. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get in contactwith someone. When we spoke to the employee's at this pizza hut, one advised us she can give us one for free with a credit of 8$- then another employee takes over, and advises us, they are unable to do so, they can only provide a credit of 8$. Just athought, wouldn't it have been better not to waste people's time? We would've been happy if they told us a head of time if wecan get a credit since they were aware of the situation...Seems very unprofessional..... Read more
pizza is good, sure, but they keep forgetting items, and no local number to contact since it reaches their customer service line

I never order food from outside but I did the mistake today. I got boiled fries and soggy pizza and it wasn?t cheap. After... re-frying my fries we were able to eat them but that somehow ruined the concept of delivery. Because it is not the firstdisappointment with this brand for me I think that Pizza Hut is a wonderful example of good a concept and very bad execution. Read more
