I was blown away by the level of service and care that we received from our server. They immediately brought us water that I... believe had some lime or lemon in it and brought our entrees out rather quickly too. The food was amazing and the portion was sofilling. I got the medium pho with tofu and vegetables and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be dining there again, Ithink I?ve found one of my favourite places to eat in this city. Read more
We had pho here few days ago. I can say that was okay. But we had better than that in other places. Also, we ordered a medium... and a large one but actually there was no differenc. Just large one was more watery. I don't recommend here Read more
Really authentic and delicious Vietnamese dishes, the pho broths of both chicken and rare beef are amazing. Quite a limited... menu, but delicious and generously plated. The service is fast and efficient, really nice and attentive waiter! Read more
Today we had the #8 (pho with beef) and #20 (vietnamese iced coffee). They put lime in their water and it makes it taste good!... The pho broth is very flavourful and they give you a lot of toppings. Super fast service; a little bit too fast in terms of service! I sat down, the moment I opened the menu, the waiter already... asking my order. I told him I need more time, so he walked away, and 15 seconds later, he came and asked what I wanted ????????I had 15 seconds to read the menu! Sometimes you go out for a meal and get exactly what you want. This was my experience at Pho Rachel which I tried for the first... time today. We just wanted a really nice warm pho with a rich broth and good meat and noodles on a cold day - no trying to makeit fancy, just the basic tastiness of pho! - and it delivered exactly that. Both the rare beef and spicy beef soups wereexcellent and the broth was super flavourful. Good balance of meat/noodles/onions/broth. We also had spring rolls with peanutsauce which were fresh and delicious. Unless you're starving the medium is plenty and a very reasonable price. Greatstraightforward, fast, and tasty lunch option in the Plateau. Read more
