Menu for Ô BAOBAB in Montréal, QC

We tried three dishes from the different countries represented in the menu (Cameroun, Ivory Coast etc.). Very interesting... culinary experience. I especially recommend the smoked maquerel dish. Portions are not too large and the three of us were stillhungry after the visit. The waitress (who was also the cook) was extremely pleasant and smiling, and the took the time toexplain us the dishes. It was served with some sort of red rice that was super savory, and cabbage and carrot. The menu is extensive andthere are some vegetarian options.
