Ive had puffs several times and I can say they always been pleasant to eat as a side snack or dessert. They are crispy on the... outside and soft and chewy on the inside. They have plently of toppings, my favorites are choco-loco and bueno. Assuming youget freshly made ones, you wont be disappointed. It can be disappointing if you come late at night and you get a batch thatsbeen sitting outside for a while, despite that I would still go back for sure. Read more
Tried the place 2 days ago and only ordered chocolate and caramel puffs. They were delicious!! Super light and mouthwatering... (and guilt-free????) The service was good and fast (we were there after 6 pm and there weren't a lot of customers). All in allit was a great experience and we can't wait to try the other items they offer. Read more

Terrible service. 3 people working super slowly and all looking completely miserable being there. They had many orders come in.... Took them a good 10 minutes before registering that they had to prepare the simplest desert ever. Orders were going out inrandom orders. 0 on customer service. Not asking you to smile and be all bubbly, just dont make us feel like we are burdeningyou with our order. Read more
