Really dissatisfied with my service at that mcdonald this is dangerous i could of had food poisoning

Went to this McDonald location today for lunch. I?m a vegetarian so I ordered 2 egg McMuffins with NO MEAT! and a side of waffle... fries. My order came and I received 2 waffle fries and 1 egg McMuffin with HAM!!! I was disgusted not only from the mistake madefrom the order but also from the attitude given from the employees? I approached the counter explaining to them how I felt aboutit and would?ve appreciated to get an egg McMuffin with no MEAT! I was told that I had to wait in line once more and pay for theextra breakfast when I had already payed for 2 unwanted waffle fries. Employees were nice, however i didn't like the manager/supervisor's attitude towards them or the customers. She was very rude... and could hear her nagging to her coworkers and complaining. Very unprofessional. Food was good but terrible person in charge. Read more

Bare bones service. They don't automatically scan code for points, after they scan your order. They don't put any salt and... pepper or ketchup in bag if you don't ask.You really have to know what to ask for at this Macdonald's, IMO. After Vaccinepassport: One server was helpful after ahe asked me if I wanted to eat. Why did she think I was there? She looked at passportand Id then said security guard may check. The first server said its security guard that does that not me. Of course there isno security guard in sight. Maybe he will arrive just when my phone dies. After Covid-19 I found experience was harsh &disappointing. I stood in line to get 50% off Big Mac then my phone died. First the clerk said he could scan the coupon for mefrom his phone since he did see the offer just before my phone went dead, then he said it was from a different place. I wentfor a slice of pizza instead & it may have been better than their 2 tier priced big mac, anyway. I think the gap between peoplewith access to better deals due to having access to the technology and then being granted better life experiences than those whodon't have same technology, is changing the world & way people interact with each other in it, especially after Covid-19 & notfor the better, IMO. Before Covid-19 During my first time there I thought the service and ambience and the fact all cashregisters were in operation was worthy of 4 stars. The service was courteous, cheerful and I got my order in a few minutes. Ihad a big mac and I found everything really good. I wasn't hassled by panhandlers and the security guard helped with thecleaning. I recommended this McDonald's over the one at Cathedral Promenade food court. My second time wasn't as great. Icouldn't hear the numbers being called out and the clerk asked "do you speak English?" in that typical impatient, condescendingtone. Worse McDonald?s ever in town. Avoid going to this location. Not only they don?t follow the health and safety guidelines ( they... touch money handed from clients without gloves or sanitizer and then they touch the food and napkins with the same hands. Themuffins they offer is dry and obviously from the day before, and this is not the first time they gave me a day old muffin. Ireally hope McDonald?s does something about their food quality and safety for their customers. Cherry on top of the pie todaywas that not only my muffin was a day old but it also was smooshed and was given to me in a bag and I didn?t noticed how it wasuntil I was back in my office and yet another time I was disappointed and didn?t have a chance to enjoy my breakfast. McDonalds in Place Montreal Trust on the lowest level (Niveau du Jardin). Ordered an egg McMuffin combo for breakfast which... includes a large hash brown and a coffee or tea. She put in the price for the coupon I had but didn't accept the coupon (morefor me!). I was served rather quickly even though there was half a dozen people in line as they have three cashes. I ordered aMcMuffin without ham as I don't eat pork and it came as I ordered. The McMuffin was okay, the hash brown was deep fried andkinda small, the peppermint tea was good - they serve Higgins and Burke, one of my favorite tea brands. The breakfast is mostlikely worth the 4.50$ I payed, but originally it's almost 7$ without coupon, and at that price I don't think it's worth whatyou get. You can get a whole footlong at Subway next door for about that price. The eating area is air conditioned and there'sfree WiFi. Read more
