ok service is so-so. but that?s probably bc the staff gets sick of yoga girls and mcgill students coming in and being annoying.... but i?m giving 5 stars bc the açai bowl and toast was amazing. ignore the service and focus on the food. Read more

I wish I could have rated Livia higher, since their iced drinks are pretty good. However, sadly the service is not up to par,... especially being such a popular spot downtown. I got a toast and iced coffee, and personally didn't feel like the food was worththe cost. The cashier was nice, but the girl handing the food was rude and dismissive. Read more

it?s a shame the rating of this place is so low because the poke bowls are actually really good but the service honestly sucks.... i was waiting in line with a friend and we wanted to see the menu so we took the menu and told ?can you put it back we only haveone menu and the person needs it in front of you?. no please or nice explanation was given to my friend and i. also once we wereserved the food one of the employees literally threw the forks on the table? i?m sorry but what is going on here Read more

Look like I?m not the only one that don?t feel welcomed here based on other reviews. The staff is cold and look like they are in... a prison or something. As a matcha bar, I was surprised that their drink didn?t taste any matcha at all. I got the matcharaspberry with oat milk and all I can taste is oat milk. For more than 8$ a drink before tips, I think you can find much betteroptions elsewhere. Read more

although the coffee is pretty pricey there, the taste is exceptional. I had a chocolate flavoured ice latte from the barista... Minh Tu, it was really good. The ambiance and decor is so cute and modern, I could hang out there for hours. Good service, goodcoffee and good vibes ! Read more

The drinks and food here are amazing! They have no issue on that front. The problem with this place however is they are often... randomly closed during hours they say they are operational both online and posted on the window. They are ALWAYS out ofsomething, usually more than one thing. And the staff though efficient, aren?t very warm and blatantly speak about othercustomers, in front of other customers! Not to mention the loud gossip constantly going on amongst themselves. I?ve experiencedall of the above over several visits. This seems to be the standard there. A shame because the matcha and food is reallydelicious, but service can be unprofessional and the last couple times I?ve attempted going mid day they are closed for whateverreason although the staff is visible through the window. I even called to see when they would be opening again and someoneanswered then hung up immediately. Not sure what the problems are behind the scenes here but it?s extremely evident toclientele. Extremely disappointing. It takes a lot from me to come here to post a negative review? I went to this place today June 30... around 2:00pm with my mom. First impression was that music was a bit too loud but menu looked good and after all we decided tostay and ordered 2 meals. Before heading to our table I walked to the back of the restaurant thinking there was a washroom whenall of a sudden one of the staff members in the kitchen very rudely said ?to go across the street to the mall and that thewashroom was only 2 minutes away? I was a bit surprised about his answer as most of these coffee shops/restaurants on Peel haveaccess to at least one washroom for costumers. I didn?t give it too much thought and went to the mall and came back after 10minutes. Meal was still not brought up and my mom was still waiting. After 5 more minutes the same guy comes with only one meal?I specified that I had ordered two and to my surprise his answer was « We will have to see about that » ? I swear I couldn?tbelieve my ears! I told him again I had ordered two meals and to check. He went back to the kitchen and 5 more minutes passed?the cashier who took the order came to me to tell me she had just taken one of the orders and not 2? at that point I was soinsulted that my immediate reaction was to just ask her to take away the untouched meal and walked away as soon aspossible.
