The service was a bit slow. This being post covid and all, it took a while before we got our plats. We were wondering if we... would ever get them. Not even an update was given by the waiter.... Superb dining experience. The hanger steak with peppercorn sauce was delicious and the beignet with caramel for dessert should... be illegal. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating- our waiter explained the entire menu to us in English as ourFrench was not so great. 30 min from downtown but worth the drive! Read more

We visited for lunch a little while back. The lunch menu is very affordable and was quite well done. The service was impeccable... and the restaurant is comfortable and inviting. I'm interested in going back for dinner since the menu on the board for thatnight seemed very exciting. Good spot for a nice uncomplicated meal, would recommend and will return. Read more

I'm happy to finally have another option to dine out in my area! Very good bistro like restaurant and great bread from la bête... à pain! The mushroom risotto was the best I've ever had, perfectly cooked, flavourful and they managed to keep the full flavours of the... mushrooms. The beets appetizer may seem simple, but it was so perfectly balanced in flavour, it made such a simple dish sodelicate and delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked, not over-cooked (restaurants usually easily make this mistake), theflavour of the sauce and seasoning still pops without taking away the natural taste of the salmon.
