This place gives off an authentic Italian vibe. The restaurant is family owned and ran and it shows. The owner and his daughter... are good company and showed real interest and passion for their business and this shows in their food as well. The food wasdelicious and well prepared and the staff was very helpful in their recommendations. We came here based on the high level of reviews for this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the... food was incredible. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Montreal. And one of the owners was very friendly and came to ourtable several times to check on us throughout our meal and a quite appreciate that. Read more

I was looking forward to try le muscadin given the great reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not aligned with that of other... guests. First of all the decor of the restaurant felt a bit "passé" to me but, could be pleasant to others. The service was notthe best, there was a large table next to us so we were completely forgotten during the evening and constantly had to be on thelookout to be able to catch someone. The menu was a bit unexpected with limited choices as many of the dish seemed similar. Thewine list was also limited with very standard options. Also interaction with the working staff was not easy, I asked questionsabout one of the starters and the server seemed upset I would ask about how a dish was prepared and also did not seem to havethat information. Other major disappointing element, was the actual food, it was not particularly tasty. Overall the experiencein terms of food and service was below my expectations from this establishment. Read more

The experience here is unmatchable. The team works together and are very attentive. They make you feel as if you?ve known them... forever. We ordered the Spaghetti con Pistacchi e Burrata and it was beyond the expectations. The food was delicious andaesthetically pleasing. They also give you a rose after dining in which is the sweetest touch! I?ll tell my friends in NY tocome to Canada just to experience this restaurant alone. Read more

5/5 Everything was amazing. The food was amazing. The staff was amazing. This was a great night spent with friends and I can?t... thank you enough for the experience. We ordered food from the menu of the day and it was worth every single dollar. We had: -Lamb - Risotto with veal - Linguini with salmon - Tiramisu It?s a shame that I can?t remember the exact names on the menu butit was of great quality. The portions are well worth their price. The service was impeccable, very friendly staff. I believe theowner and his daughter were on site too, it seemed as if we had been friends since forever. We shared a couple laughs throughoutthe course of the night and the owner gave us roses as we left. Lovely night, we will be back.
