Quality isn't the best, texture is flat, flavors haven't changed in 20 years, most are too sweet. ????

Very happy with the vegan selection at this store (not just sorbets). I had the coconut mango which was delicious and actually... tasted like real mango as well as the strawberry which was creamy. Bilboquet will satisfy you ice-cream craving ! Their sorbets are tasteful, I recommend the grapefruit one! All the flavours are... written on the chalkboard. There is some benches and tables on the sidewalk. While waiting your turn, you can master thebilboquet game! Definitely one of the best ice cream spot in town !
