Very disappointing experience. They forgot to give me fries and my dip, gave me a wrong burger and on top if you press seven up... on the machine you will get sparkling water. I was craving a chicken sandwich and decided to stop at KFC to get one. I ordered the bacon lovers sandwich. When i opened it it... looked tiny and like if it was lacking topings. Menu description says it comes with pickles, cheese, bacon, chicken and mayo.Didnt come with pickles, doubt they put any cheese in it and had to check several times to see how much bacon it had. Combocomes with tiny individual fries and the small pop corn chicken, for 6.99 is indeed small ????. I didn't take any photos becausethe appearance of my food, compared to menu photos was really disappointing. Chicken size or at least appearance of size inrelation to the bun, was half than the picture. In the end it tasted good, but not worth it. Read more

Came here to take zinga box, it was good, the place itself is well maintained, the service is a little slow, was waiting for my... food like 20 min in a bistro restaurant, they served 3 people that ordered after me. The overral experience is good. You have aparking area outside so that is a good point. Read more

Never going back to this place again, they charged me for more food than I asked, then didn't even give me that extra food I... payed for! I only found out once I saw the receipt which they they give to you at the same time as the food. OH! and BTW did Imention I waited 30 mins for chicken tenders to come out while the rest of my food like the fries and burger waited on thecounter and got cold. Employees in the back were clearly slacking off and socializing instead of prioritizing orders. Awfulplace. Just go to McDonald's it's 2 minutes away. Read more

I live around 3 mins by car, but it took them over 2 hours to deliver the order. I live on the 3rd floor and gave the exact... address. However, the driver put the order in front of the door of the "building" and left without informing me that the orderhad already arrived. I had to call the restaurant a few times to confirm with them when I could receive the order. The otherside on the phone was always very noisy and sometimes I was not able to hear. I remember a rude French-speaking female employeeput the phone aside for a few minutes to serve another customer while I was still waiting on the phone. During that time, anyonein the street could took my order away. Besides, half of the gravy was spilled out when I received the order. I can't find anysauce or receipt in the order, either. I think they took away the small receipt so that I don't have the store number and thatthey can prevent me from writing an online survey. The only positive thing from this experice was that one of their employeesleft an apological message and gave me one more sandwich, which made me feel better. I wish to say "Thank You" to this kindemployee. Also, when I was trying to place the order, the website didn't allow me to pay at first. The website only accepted mypayment on my 4th or 5th try. Overall, the order and delivery experience was very troublesome and frustrating. Read more

Literally stole my money. Site allowed me to place order after store was apparently closed so never recieved food but was... charged. Contacted them and they said it would be refunded in 4 days. It was not. Contacted them a week later again and theyassured that they have now processed the return and money would be refunded in 2 days and if not call back the same number.After 4 days still no refund so called back and the number just rings then call ends. If you are going to mess up andaccidentally charge someone, then you shouldn't have to jump through hoops for a refund. I don't suggest placing online orders. Read more

Terrible experience! Ordered on Skip and the chicken wasn?t cooked properly in the middle. It was hard and disgusting. The sauce... and the pickles didn?t look fresh. I felt sick after having a few bites. I don?t recommend it. Waste of time and money! Read more
