We ordered Harvey's once through Uber Eats. We got a crispy chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich combo (with regular... fries + regular Pepsi), a regular onion rings, and a large chicken bacon ranch poutine. Everything was nice! We used to love this restaurant! We almost ordered every week. For the last few months, it seems the quality control went down... sadly. Many items missing from the order when it arrives. Wrong items (meat burger instead of the veg one, a peach redbullinstead of a 7up, etc.) also. We will stop ordering from this restaurant atm. Read more
Very poor customer service had the worst experience ordering my food! I speak English and they refused to talk back to me in... English !! I had to point out what I wanted in my burger and even with doing so, she kept putting the wrong items in and thewrong sauce. Never buy to this place, if you want to get salmonella sure. But not me. You better just closing the restaurant at this point.
Bad and very slow service, employees not professional, tried vegetarian burger but not tasty.
the app doesn't work at all so i went to the place to order my food and the lady helping preparing my sandwiches wasn't doing... them correctly, she put the vegetables in the wrong burgers and didn't even ask me if i wanted sauce added to them. i asked fora slushy and the machine was down as well, they were good burgers but i would've liked them more if they got my order correct. We liked this place when we went for the first time But Second time, we ordered take out of 3 veg burger and 1 chicken burger... and opened after 30min. The food was completely spoiled and smelling badly a lot. Guys, it's not at all recommended to encouragesuch people who don't maintain minimum hygienity and play with others health to just make some money. Read more
