Had a very pleasant experience at this little gem. We were served by a very friendly and enthusiastic gentleman (could be the... owner), he made an exception so that we could all shared the appetizer and dessert. Great restaurant close to Little Italy with many options from tartare to pizza & pasta. It is also a BYOW which is always a... bonus when you can pair your favorite wine with delicious food. Quaint and welcoming, the owners are always present and with agreat attitude and smile. The entrees are my favorite, I usually get a few and share. Portions are generous. You wont bedisappointed. This place is a hidden gem. I live in the area and pass by it all the time. Great service and good. BYOB/W, food was very... delicious. I had mussels in a spicy tomato sauce and fries for $24 and it was worth it. You get a boat load of mussels to feaston as i had to share. I would definitely recommend and I’m going back again. I placed a reservation for 5 and the owner called back to tell me that his restaurant was closed... A few minutes later he calls... me back and tells me that he will open the restaurant to accomodate me, even though his waitresses aren't there to help ...wow...thats all i can say about this place... Great food, simple but very well made. Bring your own wine. Only one server, she's very good, active all the time, very... organized but has a hard time keeping up when there are a lot of patrons inside and outside on the terrace. Don't miss out onthe house beignets. Risotto and house pasta were also very good. American-sized portions, had to bring home half. Overall aB+ to A experience. Read more
Wow ! What a discovery, I have always loved Italian food and there are many in Montreal but this one is definitely up there with... the best.
