Ordered an icecream cake a few years ago for my brother's birthday. Had no issues withe staff but found that their website... lacked some features. Wished they had a customization option on their website but we managed without. The cake was exactly whatwe wanted but turned out to be too big to finish, perhaps offering ice cream cakes in a smaller format could be a good idea? Read more

Im just going to start by saying the staff was really unfriendly and rude specially the one who seemed to be the manager with... glasses. Very overpriced 14$ for 2 ice creams and charges extra for crushed peanuts?so i atleast expect my ice cream to be asdesired? I use to work here years back and the quality really isnt what it was.Came a few times since the beginning of theseason same thing eachtime?they dont listen to instructions and argue when asked to redo the order properly very unfortunateused to come here for years and never had any problems?.Should speak to staff to improve customer service. Came for a treat with the family in a Sunday night. When we pulled in there was a lineup out the door and it seemed like it was... a booming evening. Once we got in we realized there was one person taking payments AND subsequently prepping the orders. At theprice they charge for ice cream, one would think that they would hire more staff.
