Copper Branch is a great fast stop for a plant-based meal - keep in mind this is fast food, not fine dining! With the right... expectations I'm sure you can find something you like - the menu is on the larger side. This location was the first CopperBranch I ever visited (okay, slight lie - we went to a nearby location first but it wasn't quite open yet so they only hadbarely half the menu to choose from..). This is a convenient location in the Desjardins complex food court, plenty of seatingavailable and the complex has free wifi. We ordered an assortment of items for brunch. The matcha latte is good, on the sweeterside - would get it again for sure. Gandhi smoothie is tasty! Bagel with cream cheese surprised me - it was really good! TheGeneral Copper Bowl was also really good, especially for fast food. Poutine with mushroom gravy is good but there is definitelybetter out there. Their s'mores cookie was great - I meant to save half for later and it was just gone :) I would definitelyvisit again. Read more

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a cappuccino and a chocolate chip cookie. The bagel was so tiny, I thought it was a joke.... It didn't look like an ordinary bagel either, probably gluten-free. On the photo it looked like a nice bagel. I paid ~13$ forthe three things. The coffee was so hot that I burned myself and the cookie was super crumbly. This was my first time visiting a Copper Branch and needless to say, will most likely be my last. I should have changed my mind... about even ordering when the cashier could not understand my request in either English or French. She did not understand her ownmenu. I waited over 15 minutes for my order to be made, while people came after my order and were served before me. My orderconsisted of two items; one flatbread and one poutine. My poutine was made in advance of my flatbread, and just sat on the sidewaiting for my second item. I ordered a regular poutine (as on the menu), was told there are no potatoes, but offered a sweetpotato poutine in its place. Not only did they run out of potatoes by lunch time, but I was charged extra for the sweet potatoeseven though it was offered to me as a replacement. Once receiving my food, I went back to complain that the box of poutine wasonly half full. I could have ordered a small poutine and ended up with the same amount in the box. I requested a refund for thedifference, and was told no refunds can be given. The only thing offered was another poutine (which I really didn't want tobegin with). The employees did not even know how to make the flatbread, and not only followed a screen but kept asking me if Iwanted certain ingredients which should have been included anyways. The only positive out of this whole experience was that thefood did taste very good. I have waited to write this review, because I tried contacting customer service with no response afterone week.
