Worst customer service!!! Very pricey. Not convenient. We ordered 2 xl bubble teas when we told them they make a mistake they... did not want to change it and did not apologize for the mistake. They said we don?t do that one. Even if they do not have itthey make whatever they feel like and they say we don?t have that one and in the mean time I had already paid. Ordered three drinks on fantuan, one of them being a roasted milk tea with tapioca. The drink itself is pretty good, nearly... perfect, if they had actually remembered to add the tapioca, that I paid for ! Literally the best part of the drink, of a bubbletea ! They should get rid of the smell of chemical cleaning solutions. It?s the first thing I notice whenever I come there.
