We ordered a catering service for our Team Lunch at work (pork grits and jerk chicken + some salads and plantains)...it was the... BEST Créole food I've had in a long time! As an experienced griot lover, I can say hands down this place makes the dish with love. It seems they fry the griot right... before serving opposed to other places that leaves it in a heated bin. Also note that the pikliz consist of less carrot thanwhat I am used to, it?s actually really good and the spice has a nice kick to it as it should be. The banane peze is good likemany other places. What really surprised me was their macaroni salad, usually I do not eat Haitian macaroni because the cheesetaste way too much like cream. This place nailed it. I would have loved to have more of this macaroni. Finally, the griot ismade by a real chef with a degree. It makes a difference. He also came to ask us how is the griot (still unusual to see an Asianenjoying griot) and even offered me the whole jar of Pikliz! This is the place I will go to to eat griot from now on.????
