Soooooooo slow. Confusing orders. Missed my order of only a Wopper. I worked McDonald?s before. Lack of leadership. Manager is... not taking charge. Guy working the till is running back and forth kind of preparing orders. Then another person half prepares anorder, three people trying to figure out what bags are what orders and what?s prepared. Manager walking around cooking food anddoing random stuff while people at front try to figure out what order is what. Guy making the sandwiches is coming to the frontto poke at orders to figure what is what. ASSIGN people to one task!!! Till guy is only till! Manager prepare and sort orders.Food makers make food! It's like someone dropped a soda everywhere the floors the seats and the tables are all very sticky. There are two great things... about this location I got hot fries and the staff were extremely pleasant but my burger was cold. Read more
The employees take over 20 minutes to prepare your food, they do not wear their hairnets properly. The cashier gave my husband... 50 cents in nickles and handed out quarters to other clients after us. When my food was ready the employee handling the servingof meals threw my food on the tray despite me being polite. Your employees need to be retrained. Read more
Worst Burger King in Canada and probably the world. This is NOT a fast food restaurant when you wait over 20 min. for your food,... you get it cold, and the rep. doesn't take your order properly, does apologize... On top of that they have 2 drinks machines and NONE have diet drinks. Is there someone awake in Burger King head office? Read more
Its burger King. Location is very clean and service is nice, and very fast. Usually not too crowded, and open late. Better than... the mcdonalds across the street in ever sense. Read more

The guy taking my order was very very nice but after 1am this place looks like a shelter with over 10 hobos in the fast food... sleeping on the tables leaving no place for actual customers... makes the places look unsafe as I was paying 2 people approachedme asking for money while I was paying for my hamburger. They need to keep this place in control because I personally will bethinking 5-10 times before coming here! The place needs better management that?s for sure Read more
Very dirty and disorganized. There is never any ice in the dispenser, the trash is overflowing, and 2 homeless guys walked in... and started eating from the trash. Go to another branch and save yourself the trouble. Read more
