Rice is kind of dry, so is chicken. Rum cake good. Personally the original location on Wellington is better tasting.

WOW! I had the chicken curry and it really tastes homemade! Very good portions. Lovely staff. Sometimes they are closed, but you... have to understand that this is a family owned business, not a big franchise/corporate. Read more

Sadly this place has lowered its standard. The food I got today was flavorless and old. The jerk chicken was cooked the day... before or even older then reheated in a microwave. The rice was bland and old. The Jamaican patties must of been just as oldbecause the outside crust on the edges weren't even able to bite into them that's how hard it was. The price for the quality offood was down right Scary. I do not recommend this place even if it's to feed a dog. Read more

I took a chance after reading the reviews because I was really craving stew chicken and my usual spot was closed (Onestop -... check them out they are AMAZING). I should have listened :( The food was really flavourless and the plantain was actuallygross.. how do you mess up plantain? I don?t like leaving bad reviews but they really gotta step their game up. If you wantyummy authentic Jamaican food, head somewhere else. Read more

If you decide to run a Jamaican resto, kindly please put your heart into it.Anything less, results in failure.Cook as much of your... menu from scratch. If customers need to wait longer, than fine !!! Let them wait !!!!! But the end product will be muchbetter.Keep theplace spotless, goes a long way in retaining clientele.Remember you are not only representing yourselves but alsoJamaican people's culinary heritage.Stop being lazy and get to work in building something solid !!!!!!! Overcooked dry jerk chicken, not fresh at all even though the food was scorching hot (re-heated). Rice with peas was bland and... the plantain was super undercooked and not edible. Total waste of 20 dollars, very disapointing. The first time I went a fewweeks back and had the bbq chicken and that time everything was much better, the plantain, rice and chicken were all juicycooked to perfection and delicious. Read more
