My real rating is a Zero - Was visiting Montreal on August 9th/22, had to wait in a long line to start. I do not speak much... French but thought the girls at the counter would be helpful but not at all. The young Asian girl with dark-hair was unpleasantand very rude to me and gave me a look that l did not appreciate. Even though l just picked a flavor to end this experience oncel paid for this expensive single scoop ice cream in a cup. She gave me a wooden spoon that was cracked near the edge and aftertwo bites it split so as to easily splinter on my tongue. Not impressed with this location's service..the worst l have everreceived! Avoid this location at all costs! I wish l had just gone to McDonald's or Dairy Queen instead. Read more

Lovely experience. Went into Ben and Jerry?s for the first time and the lady was so helpful and cheerful. She suggested what we... should order and we were so pleased. Must try are the fresh waffle cones. So good. But it?s big, so you should be really hungryor else order a kids size. Read more
Ice cream scopes are awesome. You can have a big cone with three scopes for ~9 CAD. It could be a nicer experienc if the serving... process was faster, for example there were more than one personnel at a time. I faced a line almost every time I went there. Read more
Ice cream was great but service was horrible. The guy that served us Zero smile didn't say a word no hello no thanks no good by.... Every one was on their cell phone the only word he said was 2 dollars when we went to get a bottle of water. It will be a longtime before you'll ever see me in one of your establishments again. Tasty, over priced Ice cream. Kawartha ice cream is much better. The first staff we spoke to, an Asian fellow, was lovely and... friendly. The second, a white guy with long hair and a red hat, was rude and annoyed he had to get off his phone to ring up ourorder. Store was not clean, tables were covered in spilt ice cream. Read more
The location is ideal. But the waiter didn't talk proper English, which is not a problem until you can't be understood. Ice... cream is too expensive for what is offered. I would recommand if you want a quick fix, but just that ? just because it's on theway. Read more
