I came there yesterday, September 15th around 12am. It took forever to have one burger + one drink. They were 5 behind the desk,... with 2 people in the kitchen. They were busy with Uber eat orders while while we were literally ( no jokes) 10 customers waitingfor our orders.Plus, the staff seem careless and made jokes around? I?ll never go back this location until there?s not changingtheir staff. Read more
This a&w is the best location in Montreal. Went in with friends and got tasty, steamy, fresh burgers with perfectly made sides.... Buns were crispy and fluffy inside and seemed like they were made fresh. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and were happyto help and serve us with our needs. Location itself was pleasant, clean, and well taken care of. I cannot say any better aboutthis a&w. Thanks!!!! Read more

I?m from Vancouver and when i was on vacation i had ate food from this a&w. ?Food was so amazing? and a guy with turban as a... cashier had gave me good service and probably next time i wanna eat food from this a&w. The employees are super friendly and while I was waiting for my order I noticed how they interact and laugh a lot together which... I really appreciate as a restauration worker myself! Love seeing happy employees:)! Thank you guys! I noticed some reviewscomplaining about the employees being talkative, but I can tell they're doing their job as fast as they can and their serviceI'm sure is 1000x better if they are happy and having a good time.
