Dry bun and patties. You will need 1 liter of water to wash it down. Not worth it at all.

I came here around 4:30 there was 1 person being trained on register and three other employees either cooking aor handling... trash. I edited along with a friend in line for over 15 minutes to get my order taken. There were three other people in lineahead of me and one lady stated she had taken a chair to sit in line while she waited because she had been in line for over 15minutes. I order the chub burger with pickels and no sauce and before I could ask for a drink tye cashier rang up my order and Ipaid. I advised the cashier I wanted a rooter as well she gave me one for free. I noticed there was no.lettwuce on my chickensandwich and the chicken looked nothing like the image. Tye cashier offered yo put lettuce on my sandwich but priot to doing sotouched her nose with her bare hands then grabbed the lettuce and my bun. I saw someone handling trash however didn't observehand washing afterwards. This was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately can never again make A&W a choice for me ormy family. The seasoning shaker was also empty . I feel.the employees need more service training and safe food handlingtraining. Touching cash registers with your hands then touching food is a dangerous habit to get in. The attitude of theemployees was friendly but everything else was abig disappointing fail. Read more
