Pleasant visit. Typical A&W. Staff friendlier than average.
I had my staff buy me a habanero chicken trio , i got my sandwich with raw chicken , upon returning to the store the staff... navdeep kaur refunded me but not without being condescending and rude. Then inquiring if my fries were still in the bag . Ratherthan apologize for the scenario proceeded to scold there employee, in front of everyone. I happen to work in customer serviceand I dont think the scenario should be dealt with in such a manner. An apology and more humility should have been the course ofaction. I happen to be a regular client an i don't think i will be back. Read more

Don't try to bring the A&W coupons your receive in the mail here. Cashier at dinner time earlier this evening didn't know how to... validate a coupon in the cash, so she slickly tried to overcharge me. When I called her out on it, she told me she didn't knowhow to charge the price on the coupon, and basically gave me a take it or leave it attitude. I had the money but, out ofprinciple, I'm not paying a business who doesn't train their employees properly, gives customers attitude, and purposefullytries to overcharge customers instead of asking for help.
