So, like, we're in Montréal, Québec, Canada. The bare minimum, according to some decency standards and according to law 101,... is to provide service in french at all times. I know it's not easy finding a job as an immigrant and I do not want the employeeto be the one suffering from this but, like, finance a french class for them something? We could see that they were short-staffed, yet the service was friendly and efficient even at night. The food was delicious!
The food was good, The service was great, Presentation excellent as well. The hash brown was especially delicious. Eggs were... cooked as requested and held in one piece each. The reason for not getting 5 stars are: The cost has skyrocketed into the doubledigits. (probably due to covid and inflation) Square Bread was out of stock. Through no fault of the store: very difficult toaccess, parking almost non-existent. The road on which it is is blocked off to vehicles. Location clearly suits foot traffic orbikers more. Read more
I get that A&W is a fast food chain but being from Australia I can honestly say that the burgers here are as tasty and as good... quality as some of our independent burger joints back home. The beef patties look like actual beef, no nearly as processed assomething like McDonald's and the flavor blew me away. I am interested to see if all Canadian fast food chains are as good asA&W. I was expecting it to taste like other fast food chains (Macdo for example). However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover... that the meat comes from high-quality grass-fed cows and tastes delicious! It's not expensive, and the poutine is a must-try. Read more
Parking is a problem. Wifi is free and open but it sucks really. Staff need to be more hygiene conscious their food handling is... scary. Their rest room is mostly clean and controlled. You will have to tell them before they you gain access to use thewashroom. Read more
