Poor service. They made a mistake on my order, supervisor said he would refund me and then manager called back and said she... wouldn't honor it because the supervisor doesn't have that authority. Will never eating here again. Read more

I'm not one to post, but this needs to be put out there for at the very least, a manager of the restaurant or better still, the... owner to see. Firstly, I placed an order online for a 6 pm delivery, which was delivered at 6h50. This in itself is unacceptableas the order was placed early afternoon. So there is no excuse. But most importantly, the delivery person NEVER reads thedelivery instructions. The order is prepaid, no contact order. I always write "DO NOT RING DOORBELL, NO CONTACT PLEASE. SIMPLY LEAVE BEHIND DOOR. Instead the delivery person rings the doorbell, I open to an unmasked person. Not only is he unmasked, hecomes so close to my door, he's practically inside my home when I open the door. This is completely disgusting and disrespectfuland UNACCEPTABLE! Please speak with your employees and remind them that there is a pandemic and even without the pandemic, theyshould respect people's personal space . Totally disgusting! UPDATE: even after replying to the manager, as was asked of me intheir response, 3 days later, I'm still waiting for them to communicate with me. From what in understand, they send you andemail asking you to communicate with them, however when we do, there actually isn't a follow-up? More good service? Afterhaving been a faithful customer, ordering almost weekly for at least 30 years, this is the thank you we receive. Read more

I'm not a big fan of rotisserie chicken St.Hub included. However the chicken was moist and the BBQ sauce is different tasting... than St.Hub. My thought on rotisserie chicken is go buy it at a local grocery store and save yourself alot of money. Read more
