Great diner style restaurant. We were greeted as soon as we entered and seated quickly. Ordered some rolls which came in a ... bunch of six that were hot and delicious ???? I had the waitress recommended fish and chips which was very tasty. My fiance hasa bacon cheeseburger ???? and he said it was very good! Now the ONLY we could find a place to eat in the town of Montpelier VT was this place. Amazing food and great price to boot. We... had the special of the day which was chicken pot pie (which was super Loaded with chicken (and tasted almost like WillowTree Pielike we use to have back in MA). Came with creamy chicken vegetable soup, homemade biscuit (on top of the pie), onion rings andI opted for garlic Parmesan broccoli as my second side. In the area, from Chicago, visiting family and wanted to have a sit down breakfast. Ended up going with eggs, potatoes, and... bacon...along with some good coffee.
