Savory and sweet crepes were both amazing. The staff are sooo nice, despite being crazy busy. Would ???? go back.

We all enjoyed our food and the new management is trying hard; they personally took care of our table since the restaurant was... so busy. Read more

WOW! Tremendous food and while the skinny pancake in Burlington is often crowded, this one at brunch time on a Sunday was so... quick. Got a shady outside seat with a view of downtown. We waited about 7 minuets before we got are food and the food was notrushed. Amazing crepes, eggs were cooked well. Also, one of the nicest general managers you’ll ever meet. Read more

Delicious GF food! We were so happy to find an interesting restaurant that offers gluten-free alternatives! Fresh, high quality... meals and friendly staff. Indoor/outdoor seating. We're already planning to go back! Pictured: 1. GF crepe with pulled pork andside of coleslaw 2. GF crepe with eggs, cheddar and spinach with side of lettuce 3. GF cinnamon/sugar crepe with VT maple syrup, scrambled egg (bacon not pictured...my son ate it before I took the picture) Read more

Bold of them to put vegan on the window, then have only one entrée dedicated to us. The crepe had the texture, color, and... flavor of wet cardboard. Skinny Pancake, there are only a handful of restaurants in Montpelier, do better. And here’s someadvice, gluten free and vegan should not be lumped together, it seriously compromises the flavor and integrity of a recipe tosubstitute grain, dairy, and eggs, etc. and your cooks clearly can’t compensate. Service is what you would expect from a ruraltouristy spot. Read more
