Seriously charging an extra dollar for a pizza just to deliver it when you are already charge a delivery fee is complete fraud.... Gouging your customers is never a good way to get your drivers a good tip. Not only did you raise your delivery fee to fivedollars you charge extra money for a pizza to be delivered on top of that. Double charging for the same service. That directlynegatively impacts the tip for the driver! Read more
Domino's Pizza is good. However I tried to call in an order when I didn't have access to a computer and after hearing all of the... advertising about their new bites, which I really don't care about nor have the time... and finally when I got a real person onthe phone, I found out they would not honor any specials unless you ordered online. Obviously, not being at a computer, I wasunable to do that. We ended up ordering Chinese!! Actually next time as I think about this, we will order from Pizza Hut!! Too bad Domino's makes you jump through so many hops. Again, their pizza is good; but its not great to stop me from orderingfrom someplace else!! Read more
Been ordering intermittently here since they opened. Usually it's great and just what you'd expect. Pretty frustrating today to... order online and have the food never show. From the reviews I can see I'm not the only one. After an hour I called to ask aboutmy order and was told they are closed due to lack of staff and will refund the $. I TOTALLY get not having staff right now and Ieven understand the online ordering system still going through. But I feel pretty strongly that the right way to deal with thiswas to call customers and tell them you aren't able to fulfill their order so they can make other plans. Read more
