No chicken breasts at 4pm. 3 pieces they had were soggy and disgusting. Cole slaw was dry, mashed potatoes were disgusting.... Been there a several times and never had problems. Not sure if I'll go back any time soon. I'll be contacting KFC corporation.Being disabled & today's economy it's pathetic when you spend the extra $$ and treat the family, which is rare these days. What a wierd experience, we went late in a Sunday. Three of us ordered and sat down and waited....and waited...and waited.... Finally my Husband went up to ask about our order and was told they flat out forgot about it. We got 2 our of the 3 orders andmy husband's mashed potatoes and gravy was simply a cup of gravy. We just laughed and went back up. The staff was pleasant andfixed everything and we're pretty easy going so I didn't have a bad experience but it wasn't good either. Read more
The female staff in the drive through during the evening shift on 10/29 was beyond rude! While vacationing, we ordered and at... the window where we picked up food, my husband kindly asked for plates. She commented "next time ask when you order!"
