The subway doesn't close until 10:00 pm. The sign said open when I got there at 9:20 pm. There was a sign taped to the glass at... counter that read, " no cards, cash only". So I had to go get cash from ATM. When I came back to the subway around 9:30 pm. Theoutside sign still said open. However when I went inside, the worker already had everything put up in the back and was notmaking any more sandwiches. 30 minutes early????? Read more
UPDATE INFORMATION: ******* I was contacted by the vice president of Subway. He listened to my complaint and assured me that he... would get it straight. The next few hours a new manager from this store contacted me. She advised that she would credit my debitcard or have the subs made. The next day I picked up both subs and was given cookies for incontinence. Real nice lady peay shecan hire descent employees whom is willing to work. I ordered online Saturday evening 4/4/2022. Was notified by employee thatthey could not fill my order due to not having ingredients for a club sub nor meatball sub. Was contacted Sunday morning bymanger around 7:51 am??? Whom said she could not refund my $21and some change but when the truck ran Monday with her suppliesshe would be able to fulfill my order along with 3 cookies to compensate me for my inconvenience. I called Monday around noonthe manager was not at the store and didn't know when she would be back but would have her employee on evening shift to fulfillmy order. And told me that the truck had not ran yet. Called back around 6:30 pm and no answer. Called service station side ofSubway and was told that they had closed no one was on Subway's side. I WANT MY FOOD OR MY MONEY BACK....I NEED SOMEONE TO CALLME FROM HEADQUARTERS TO GET THIS MATTER TAKEN CARE OF ASAP!!!!!! Since no one has a ph# for headquarters. Read more

5/5/2021 9:45 PM Well I parked and walked to the door at 9:45 and from what I was told they closed at 10:00. As I was about to... grab the door to open it a young lady was sitting on the curb smoking a cigarette on the phone. She stood up as if she was goingto walk in behind me and I saw that she had Subway attire on, so even though I knew it was 15 minutes till closing I stillasked, to double-check, were they still making sandwiches. Without looking me in the eye she had a scowl across her face and allshe could say was I don't think so he's already washed the dishes. Her attitude alone told me she did not want me to place anorder. So I walked back to my truck and I noticed another employee of subway talking to a guy so I watched from my truck andsuddenly he started making him a sandwich. About the same time I saw a couple get out of their vehicle and as they approachedthe door the same girl that led me to believe they were closed was outside bringing in a mop bucket and she saw the couplewalking towards the door and although I could not hear them I saw her say something to them first and their body English told methat she clearly said Subway is closed as the woman with the man put her hand on her hip and tilted her head and shrugged hershoulders. So the couple went back to their vehicle and drove off but I continued to watch the other employee make the man inthe store his sandwich. I worked at a subway when I was in college and by comparison to what I do now it was relatively easy. Idon't remember there being dishes that had to be washed that would keep them from being able to make a sandwich, only perhapsthe cutting board if another sandwich was made after cleaning up so close to closing. I get that people are ready to go homefrom there, 4 hour, maybe 6 hour, possibly 8 hour shift, but this girl has no clue what a hard day's work is all about. It's kinda ok but they gave me one of those little personal pizza and it was uncooked so I got food poisoning.
At tbis restaurant people were rude my order was half done and there was a couple of employees sitting carrying on pgone... conversations. I left with my food because i was hungry. But one of the employees calles me a white "b" and i threw my sandwichon the floir in front of her and left. Never again.. Read more
On my way into the store, there was a girl sitting on the outside curb, texting talking to a guy at the pump. After making my... purchase with Exxon I asked when Subway opens. This was at 9 a,m, Saturday Sept.24, 2016. The lady answered 6 a.m. but I haven'tseen no one since she had been there. I do not know what time she started. I looked over and seen all the prep was there. Isaid okay. On my way out the door, she said she might be outside. I said never mind, ( I knew she was outside then). Well, as meand my grandson exited the store, she was out there, but now she was sitting in the back seat of a car at the pump, stilltalking and texting.
