This is my second time going there and overpaying for a less than mediocre pizza that's missing sauce and toppings on half of... it, so its just cheese and cardboard. I always tip before I leave with my to go pizza too. Super disappointed in taste andquality. Staff is very nice though. Read more

Negative 12 stars. Our waitress could not take our order correctly, the employees were coming up and touching my one year old.... The pizza was terrible. We couldn?t even get a to go cup for our drinks unless we paid $1.81 for the cup. It was a terribleexperience and not worth what we paid. Read more

I have come here for my entire and have always been pleased; however when I came on 6/13/22, I was disappointed. Not in the... service, our waitress was so sweet, but I feel that she did not have proper management on staff to help her. I ordered a 5-pcwing and was not told of an increase in price until I got my ticket (which by the way was DOUBLE the price on the menu that Iwas given). My sister and I both ordered small pizzas ? my sister ordered half/half. She was charged for a small and got amedium? not a problem. However, she was also not told that a small couldn?t be done half/half. She was undercharged, and I wasovercharged. I realize the price of things have increased, but the increase should be told to the customer PRIOR to ordering andreflected on the menu given out. Not told when questioned regarding the difference in price on ticket. Just very disappointed inthe manger and the lack of care to make the situation right. I would have gladly paid the price had I been told of the priceincrease, but very disappointed that I was misinformed and the situation was not made right. Read more
*EDIT 10-09-21* Unfortunately, we will no longer be doing business with Pizza Inn due to a lack of customer service. We had... planned on getting 3 of their party pizzas for a birthday party on the 8th, and were told by the store manager that all we wouldhave to do is call ahead or come in at least 24hrs prior to let them know so they could begin prep. Which is completelyunderstandable. Well, two days prior on my way to the grocery store, I stopped by to talk with them about it... I was told byTammy, the assistant manager, that she couldn't "authorize it and that I would have to call to speak to the manager himself." Itwas a combination of her lack of customer service and the tone of her voice that has driven us away from doing business withthem. Luckily, we were able to still get pizza from a small, local business for the party. I know they were very grateful forthe business. It was pretty good! (Much better than Pizza Hut or Domino's.) The employees were incredibly friendly andwelcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Unless something changes, we'll be returning. Read more
Very friendly staff, good food, not a long wait time. My family, myself, and newly found family members went there to eat and... hang out. We had a great time getting to know each other. Cousins just met for the first time, laughing and joking waiting fortheir pizza, lol. That was the first time we at in, we ALWAYS order pizza from here! Read more
I live about 30 minutes from this location so I dont get to come here often and my family hates the drive. Pizza Inn has always... been my fav. However last night 11-8-22 my family took me here for my birthday. We got here about 630 pm. The buffett was out. The food was COLD and stiff. I asked about fresh food and was told it was "coming". At 730 my family and I had just given upand ate the cold hard dried out pizza that was there. We paid 12.99 each to eat this junk. As we were going out the door theywere putting out one fresh pizza. Most of the waitresses spent their time at a table with their step dad.. as one of them toldme he was her step dad. Pizza Inn is off my familys list now. They say they wont go back.0 Read more
