0 STARS if it would let me. Have called 10 times and hit every extension I can to place a take out order and nobody?s answers.... FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM OR HIRE EMPLOYEES CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOB. Sat for 30 minutes and didn?t get service. Only 3 other occupied tables at this time. Went up to the bar after being there 15... min and he said he?d come help us and never did. Never stopped at our table once- no menus, waters, anything. Helped the othertables (that we were within 10 feet of us) multiple times. When we left and asked why we couldn?t get service, he claimed henever saw us and we could have come up to the bar (did that- didn?t work). Won?t be back Read more
We almost didn't eat here before bowling because of the recent reviews... we gave it a chance anyways and I'm happy we did. The... bartender was our server and he managed the lunch rush by himself while giving us good friendly service. I had a crunchy chickenwrap with special orders and they nailed every request! It was good food and the portions were good value too. We had a largergroup and everyone food arrived at the same time. Recommend trying it especially if Erick is working bar! Read more
First time my son and I went there was ONE customer at the bar. The bartender was "shooting the breeze" with him. After not... even a single glance in our direction for 3-4 minutes we walked out. That was about 4-5 months ago. I went in to have a pop &see if I could get a bite to eat. Yes it is Thanksgiving but didn't make it to any big gatherings... so I was hoping to getsomething other than pizza. Long story short .. I was in contact with the bartender 30 seconds before I sat down. SAME THING..4-5 minutes WALKED OUT AGAIN! First time we went to the Saturday buffet it was wonderful food, a little unorganized. Told our friends about it and took them... there this last Saturday. I had to wave a person walking by to find a waitress, the ribs were so dry and over cooked nothingwould help them. The macaroni and cheese --was more like just macaroni. So disappointed. Will try it one more time and hopeit was just a bad night last Saturday night. Read more
A few friends and I came here to have some lunch. Place was dead at 3pm. We all ordered our food and we received it very fast.... My soup was barely warm, asked to get it reheated. My friends got wings, they we're cold also and didn't taste good. We orderedwaffle fries but received regular cut fries. The only good part was the waitress, she corrected all mistakes that the cooks did.Won't be returning here, but I have heard there food is really good, the cook must of been slacking this day. No wine glasses. Took over an hour to receive food (most of the food). Food was ok. Pizza toppings were canned--no fresh... vegetables. Small fry portions Waitresses were bringing the wrong food to tables. No water refills. No real plates Excellentat clearing food...just wish we had received all of it Read more
