I?ve lived in Monticello for 15 years now. I only decided to try Bluestone in high school 3-4 years ago. All I can say is... absolutely delicious every single time. At one point I ate a steak bowl 4 out of 7 days a week. Perfect for after sports dinner,pre and post weightlifting meals, or whenever I crave it (which is all the time). I left for college this year in Grand Forksand each time my parents come to visit I make them bring me a bowl of Bluestone. Staff are wonderful and at this point know myname and order (seriously). The space is always clean and fresh and the music they play is always great. I have not once had abad experience or bad tasting bowl. I recommend this restaurant to every one of my friends and have gone as far as bringingNorth Dakota college friends home just to try the food at Bluestone. Hands down best restaurant over Qdoba, Chipotle, and anyother burrito shop I?ve tried. Read more

Bravo, Bluestone! Our family loves the healthy choices in this quick, casual setting. The staff is always friendly and helpful.... The ingredients are always fresh. Even when it's packed (most of the time) and the line is to the door, they crank through theline quickly while also serving amazing meals. The tacos, burritos, bowls and salads certainly satisfy that pair with severalprotein options -- including shrimp. The menu offers variety and everyone in our family finds something that they alwaysenjoy. Crew members check in on your table while they are cleaning, offering to grab anything you might need. We have been goingto Bluestone for years and I cannot think of one negative experience. Bluestone is a family favorite. Love this place, definitely better than Chipotle!! Staff is always so friendly too! I just wish they were open on weekends... ????
