This place is absolutely awesome. Visiting friends up here and we decided to do a nicer dinner than the usual lake town fare.... The menu here is top notch and it?s very well executed. The chef and menu here would play in a much bigger city and is mindboggling for Monticello. I got the schnitzel which was a special. Crispy outside, tender meat, a wonderful sauce, and tons ofmushrooms, brussels, and potatoes. I got stuffed but couldn?t stop eating. With cocktails, you?re talking easily $50 a personbut well worth it for an occasional treat. Nice work. Read more

The food (that came to our table 45 minutes after we ordered it) was very good! The dining spaces however, echoed with... uncontrolled noise. Do not expect to have a quiet conversation here. Read more

Unsure where to have dinner our last day in Monticello, the parking lot was full and we quickly discovered why! All of us... enjoyed our meal. We?ve been coming to Monticello for almost 30 years, this is a nice new addition to what is in our opinion, alimited amount of restaurant options. Our meals included the Hoosier steak, meatloaf, and grilled chicken sandwich. Mythree-year-old had french fries and mac & cheese, and all was excellent. Read more

This is a hidden treasure right here in your backyard. We travel hours to eat out on our date nights. This has moved up our... list and we have been here several times. It can be a little on the pricey side but not really if you really compare it toother steak houses of this level. Love the atmosphere. Can be on the dresser side or shorts and tee shirt you fit in. If youare in the area this is a must stop. Read more

The brisket was awesome. Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin was very tasty, a little dry but tasty. Drinks were great. We had... blueberry lemonade martinis and mojitos at our table. All drinks were made to taste great. Some of the menu items are pricey. But your in the middle of Indiana. If you want variety and good food, your gonna have to pay the price. Very much recommend thisplace. We will be back. Read more
