Went for lunch, go to buy the 6 inch tuna sub, the store manager while making the sub, looked me in the eye after putting two... small scoops of tuna on it and says. ? would you like another scoop of tuna? it?s going to be a $.75 up charge? I have beengoing to various subways for decades and never been asked to pay for an extra scoop of tuna. Ever. I am thinking to myself ?I?mpaying close to seven dollars for a 6 inch sub, and this person is trying to charge me $.75 more?? .???? When I go to othersubways, I get great portions for the price and that?s what keeps me coming back. Then to kick it all off, the sub later made mesick. Going to be avoiding this restaurant in the future. Read more

Good for what it is. The staff did a good job and my sandwich was tasty, and did not take them too long to make it. Subway... generally gets three stars from me but the friendly and efficient staff earn another one Read more

Terrible customer service! Placed online order for a Saturday evening showed up at required time and no one was there, they were... closed. Called the next morning and absolutely no apology from the supervisor. Disgusting customer service. Will never spendmoney here again! Read more

Everyone was nice and place was clean. They are struggling for supplies. I hope management provides. It's hard to eat subway... with no bread. It got that bad. Step up management... Please and thank you. Read more

My sister and I ordered 2 protein bowls earlier this week (Monday) . We ordered our food online, when we got there our orders... weren't even made. We waited 30 minutes which should have been enough time. What made it even worse is the guy at the counterhad a attitude. We came again on Saturday in hope for a sub. They where out of bread...a SUB-way. We had to settle for tomatoebasil wraps. It took us almost 30 minutes to get to this Subway only to get turned down. I am very disappointed. Read more

The store is clean and people are helpful. The food is good. But my wife left her wallet in the restroom. It was 3 days later... till she realized it was gone because it was over the weekend. Finally thought about the possiblity of it being there, shecalled (we live over an hour and a half away) and they said yes we found it about 10 minutes after you left, no one else was inthere before we found it and we put it in a locker so it will be safe till you come get it. Went the next day and picked it up.After leaving she looked and found that her cash had been cleaned out! (About $50-$60). Everything else was there, just the cashgone. Kinda disappointing! UPDATE, I?ve been meaning to edit this review and keep forgetting to. The owners contacted us andinvestigated into the matter and made it right! They sent us a check to replace the stolen money! Thank you so much for beinghonest and paying out of pocket to make something right for an employees wrongdoing! We really appreciate it! Read more

Monticello Subway, please, for the love of all; teach your sweet employees how to properly roll a wrap. This trip makes the 4th... one where she has folded my wrap and rolled it up like a towel. It tears the wrap because your forcing all the food to center,and well that's not a wrap that can be properly eaten. I've seen it happen to others as well. This last time I asked for it notto be cut, so I could re-wrap it myself, and you busted my wrap and wouldn't replace it. I was saddened by this. I paid for aedible wrap, not this. Other than that, friendly people, clean place. Read more
