This Burger King is in a very sad state of affairs. It has gone down hill. EVERYTHING about this Burger Kings is bad. 09/19/22-... at lunch time 1210pm. Not a single person inside ordering. The drive thru has a line, but it is not moving. I watched 4 vehiclesleave the line without placing an order. I soon followed suit. 15 plus minutes is just to long. At times you cant even go intothe lobby to order. You find the doors locked and only serving in the drive thru slow line. To make matters worse. You try tolook up the owner so you and assist and advised them of potential problems, NOTHING. You cant find an owner contact foranything. Oh well- dont waist your time. Go somewhere else. Maybe some day when profits are low enough something will get done. Read more

My son and I stopped by to have lunch because we normally like Burger King. First off, the people there are rude. Told cashier... three times what I wanted, they still got it wrong. No bacon, which I wanted, and they put cheese on burger, which Ispecifically did not want. Enough Mayo on both mine and my sons sandwich for five or six sandwiches. Instead of calling out yourorder number, they?re yelling across restaurant, hey! Yo food ready. Seems everyone in restaurant was complaining to each otherabout their food. Went to get refill when leaving, stood there with employees looking at me and saying nothing, nor asking if Ineeded anything. Finally just walked out disgusted. Lazy people just drawing a check, as usual. Soda machine in lobby broken,tables and floors dirty, soda flat, and rude wait staff, not to mention 2 workers, or their friends, not sure, curled up on oneof the benches wrapped up in snuggies like they?re laying on their own sofa. This place needs to be shut down and bulldozed. Read more

Bad service , no soda machine available, no wopper a apilable , very dirty , people constantly coming back for them to fix a... problem in the order. The meat overcooked, I had problems with my order. Ext. The building is falling apart. I don't know butsomething it's wrong with this burger king. Some one need to closed this location for good. This bad experience happened onMonday 7/25/2022. I don't know if this is normal but the place seems like the general manager don't care at all. The only goodthing was that the employees where friendly. The management in this place sucks for sure. Just my personal and familyexperience. We love Burger King and I hate to have this types of bad experiences. I hope some one does something with thislocation. Thanks ! Read more

Order taker inside was very miserable. Served my husband cold coffee on purpose because he asked if they offered senior coffee.... Then turned her back on him and would not respond when he asked for sugar.Drive thru employee came to assist while the otherjust did nothing. Maybe a bad day? This is the worst place I have ever been too. First off , me and my family are on the way back from a trip due to emergency... reasons. We stopped to grab something to eat because we haven?t had dinner. We sat there in the drive through for 15 +minswaiting. We eventually gave up and left. First off if the dinning room is close all attention should be focused on helpingcustomers in the drive threw. You have a line of people in the drive three and it takes 15 + minutes to get one car through. Youreally need to work on service. Read more

Came here today because I was craving a good burger. I ordered a dbl Texas whopper. The burger I received although it had two... Patties it was not what I ordered. It didn?t have bacon, and it was sloppily put together. I tried to call to let them know andpossibly get the order corrected in the future but no one answered. I am not even sure it is the right number or just someone?scell number because it?s a 305 number and Jefferson county area code is 850. I would have just drove it back up there but theBurger King is 15 minutes from my home. I am so disappointed I am just going to throw it away.
