Horrible service. Would give 0 stars if possible. They have no skills to manage orders and serve. We waited for an hour sitting... and waiting for our food while they kept on serving to go orders one after another. After an hour we decided to cancel our orderand go another place. Owner curses his workers. The wait on the food is fine. The employees are always curious but the owner is constantly screaming... at them which makes eating there hard for me. When I do chose to have anything from there I order it to go so the waitressesdon't get a horrible cursing for doing their job the best and quickly as they can. Read more

I don't usually leave scathing reviews, but I couldn't ignore this mess. Today was the 3rd and final time that I will spend a... penny at this place. The first time it was delicious but service was a little slow at lunch. The second time my daughter and Iwaited for our meals at dinner service for 1.5hrs, I kept asking about it and kept getting told it would be put shortly. Wenoticed that they were taking and filling new to-go orders while dining room customers went unserved. We finally paid for oursodas and left, DQ saved the day that evening. The last straw was lunch today. What a mess. Ordered Thai Wings app, supposed tobe 5 wings one of two way, was served 4 wings in Thai sweet chili sauce, that were way under cooked! For my main I ordered ThaiBeef fried rice, which was supposed to have some veggies and egg in it. Not only was it basically just seasoned white rice withno veggies in it, it was chicken... the waitress had to come out and ask me 3 seperate times what i had ordered, so aftertelling them a total of 4 times (same thing each time)what I wanted, it still came out wrong. Ignore the prices on the menu,the prices they charge at the register are 2 to 5 dollars higher per item than what is on the menu. Can?t judge the food because the cook wasn?t taking anymore orders. When I walked in at 8p, young lady asked if I was dining... In. I said I was ordering to go. There were 3 parties trying to pay. Another customer came in and said he had food to go. Itold him to go ahead. After waiting 10 minutes sitting on chairs, and standing 10 minutes at the window, the cashier asked thecook if she was still serving. The cook yelled /said the kitchen was closed but they would still prepare sushi . It wasShoo-leave for me. I went to LaTeraza and dropped 30 dollars on tacos and cheese cake. I won't be attempting Tiny Thai again..The last time I was there was in January. 50 minutes. It's not fast food; I get it. But its service isn't 5-star, white tablecloth. I'm giving up on Tiny T. An hour and a half wait for food is ridiculous. The sushi was soggy...and wrong rice....drowned in eel sauce. We ordered 5... chicken dishes....sweet and sour chicken and teriyaki chicken....they are cooked the same just different sauces....does nottake an hour and a half....there is a difference between knowing it isn't fast food and simply taking too damn long. I bought 60$ worth of sushi, asked for some extra spicy mayonnaise and this is literally all they gave me. Online Menu prices... are wrong. They told me an hour wait, and I didn?t get it until 2 hours later. Took 2 hours to roll 4 sushi rolls lol?ridiculous. Also saw the girl dip her fingers in the wasabi, scoop it all over her fingers and scrape it into the tray ????overall so sloppy. Online menu says spicy crab rolls are 11$, and fried shrimp are 9$. We got 2 of each & Should?ve been 40$+whatever tax and it was 60. Terrible service, you can hear him screaming in the background when you call and can?t even hear thewoman to place your order. Very good and authentic! Portions are great (dine in!)! As a first time sushi eater...it was amazing! Got the steak and shaggy... dog rolls! Also the sambal chicken (I love the spice). I'm going back today (I went yesterday). Highly recommend! It's a bit ofa wait but very worth it! Take out portions are very small compared to dine in even though the price is the same. Also, thetime you get for pick up of your order, you'll usually have to wait longer. Highly disappointed with this because I frequenthere a lot. Read more
