Ordered a sprite with cherry syrup, real cherries, easy ice. Was brought a cherry limeade so sent it back. 5 hrs later there is... still ice in the cup after we told the guy it was not easy ice and there was only 2 cherries in the drink. If this had been aweekday this wouldn't have happened....weekend shift needs to learn to prepare items correctly or go find another job. Read more

Sat in our vehicle for 35 min. for our order to be taken. No one bothered to help us.
I've always loved going here for the ice cream. After tonight I won't. When someone is trying to order and you they either miss... say something or you can't understand DO NOT LAUGH! whoever you were tonight was rude and best be glad I don't know your name!You don't deserve to be in customer service if you start laughing. I ordered a cold brew. I didn't realize until I was down the road that it was very bitter. Not good at all. I couldn't drink it... and I'm not picky at all. It was truly horrible. I'm not sure what the problem was. I drink sonic cold brew at least once aweek. I've never had one so awful before. It was a waste of a good little bit of my money. I like the food but my order is almost NEVER RIGHT!!???? Last night I ordered a meal. Upsized The tots and drink... And this is... what I had when I got home.... About 6-7 tater tots and CRUMBS!! But thank God, at least my son's burger was right.???? Read more
To me I think Sonic is a little high but the 99 cent drinks till 11:00 every morning and happy hour daily from 2:00 to 4:00... helps to make up the higher price .Oh yes and their Onion Rings are the best I ever had. Read more
The food used to be so good and I would go there just about everyday. Now the food is hit or miss. Ordered a chicken slider and... mozzarella sticks tonight. Both were undercooked. The chicken was dark in the middle and the cheese was hard inside most of thesticks. Only reason I gave 1 star is because the employees have always been nice. Read more
