Ordered a western omelette this morning, and I spend a lot of money with this Huddle House because I work in the area, food was... delicious but service was HORRIBLE!! I normally order online as I always do, went in to get my food I greeted the waitress didNOT get a greeting back in return, she looked over my greeting and asked me to sign my receipt, after I had done so, she did nottell me thank you WAS VERY RUDE!!!I then went back inside because I had no condiments neither was I offered ANY. Waitressespassed by me left to right for 3 or 4 mins, no one asked me did I need help with anything else knowing I had just walked out 2mins prior. So I said excuse me mam to my original waiter at least 4 times before she finally answer, just looked at me really.I proceeded to ask her did she have any salsa for my omelette. She kept walking while answering NO! I asked her how does she notwhen i get it all the time here. SHE REPLIED " WE HAVE PICANTE" I asked her is that not salsa, she handed it to me rudely and iwalked away VERY UPSET ABOUT THE POOR, POOR SERVICE!!! I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS HUDDLE HOUSE EVEREVER AGAIN!! THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD BUT THE GIRL THAT WAS THERE THIS MORNING AROUND 9AM (12/8/22) NEEDS TO BE FIREDIMMEDIATELY OR YOU WANT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS LEFT!!! Called to place an order for like 10 guys here at deer camp she said they no longer take orders over phone I would have to order... through door dash or online. Why answer the phone if not taking orders. We have limited internet service at a deer camp. Gotbreakfast from some where else cause they take orders over phone Read more

When my family orders from Huddle House, it's usually in the evenings. They are usually short staffed and many times one person... is trying to juggle everything - literally! Even if it takes longer, if the service and food is good, I do not complain. Myrating is because of something totally different.... We decided to place a late dinner order on July 16th (a Saturday night).After checking Google to see that they were still open (until 12 am is what they have), I placed an online order. Almostimmediately, I got a phone call saying that they were already closed. I inquired about a refund and was told that the employeesdid not have a way to process one and that I needed to speak with a manager. Again, this was a Saturday night....my thoughtswere that maybe the transaction wouldn't actually go through since they were closed and my order was never processed??? Anyway,on Monday morning I quickly realized that it did and I began calling Huddle House. To shorten this story...After speaking with amanager, I was told that the owner was the only person that could issue a refund. I was told that the request had been made(twice). I sent multiple text messages to the manager and a final one on August 5th stating that I never received a refund. Igot no response from that last message. I had been advised during a previous conversation with the manager to next time call andconfirm that they were open before placing an online order....hmm, ok... Again...I tried to be understanding, but whether ornot I should have confirmed their hours of operation through phone call or that they decided to close early isn't the realissue. Not returning my money for a meal we did not receive and cutting off communication with me the BIG problem. I basicallydonated $38 to Huddle House. I do not have an explanation for what happened. Could I have harassed them about it? Shown up attheir restaurant and requested a response? Of course, but I'd rather just not give them my business. Read more

Went for a birthday breakfast with my husband and when he tried to use his birthday rewards was told that they couldn't do it... and wait staff refused to try. Almost entire order was wrong. The only "good" consumable item was the water, service and foodhere has gone down hill fast! Will not be going back. Read more

Very short on help and the new cook was needing a LOT of help from one of the two waitresses. My husband had to ask twice for... part of his meal. We have dined there for several times over the years and it's just a hit n a miss thing. We have had somereally good service and food, then once we got some really tainted, fuzzy rotten hash browns ????. Our neighbors in the stallbehind us had some sour milk. So it's a hit n miss on help and food. If the lot is pretty filled, stop. If It's pretty small orfew, keep going. Read more

Ordered two biscuit sandwiches and our order was wrong. Took over an hour. Servers complained to me when I walked in the door... because they thought I was an uber driver who neglected an order, when I was only there to get an order for myself. Our food satin the counter for 30 minutes and was cold before they told me it was ready. Never going to this place again Read more

One poor little lady taking care of all the tables. We had to wait for our coffee refill. Bathroom and kitchen needed to be... cleaned. Just seemed like more help was needed. Read more

This place is absolutely disgusting!! Mold all over the ceiling! Ladies room destroyed. 1 hour and 20 mins and still counting... to get food. If yall care about health why the heck is this happening? It's bound to kill someone. Health inspector needed!!Wish I could give zero stars! My friend was visiting from Texas and was talked to so rudely!!
