Omg!!!! Right before lunchtime, my son and I decided to stop here to eat. The girl was making my sub when I thought I saw a... long hair coming from the cucumbers!!! She said that it's not a hair! I'm going to barf.... It was slime!!!! The cucumbercompartment was full! So, the slime was at the top meaning that they topped off the cucumbers with slimy ones. We drove allthe way to the subway on S Loop 336. Unbelievable difference! For one... there was a huge line. Everything was fresh. I willleave that review next. Terrible experience all of those veggies were dead. That counter where they keep the veggies was dirty as hell gentlemen didn?t... look happy to see us he asked if we want sandwich to be warmed we said yes he put it in the oven and it was still cold. This restaurant is so upside down it?s not funny! Apparently people just show up and work there they have no boss in store or at... a corporate level and don?t expect for them to make your sandwiches right cause it won?t happen!!!! Read more
They marked up the prices and sliced the meat thinner. You dont get nearly what you used to. You get the same amount of slices... of meat on your sandwich but they only half as thick as they used to be. What you'll get is the equivalent of a six inch at afootling price. What a ripoff!! I will never return and plan on sharing this with my friends so they don't waste their money!Such a shame, I used to LOVE this place. Read more
I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant in my life. The first young woman very rudely asked if I had a mask. I... replied that in the State of Texas they can no longer be required only recommended. She rolled her eyes and walked away tofinish another person's sandwich. When she came back I proceeded to order, she immediately and rudely told me she refused toserve me. I replied "ok, fine, can I have a business card for your manager" she refused, I asked for her name (tall and hairdyed blue), she refused and walked away. I then asked the next employee for the managers card, she refused, I then told her sheactually has to give that information if asked and that I would like the owners name (both were claiming that this was aprivately owned business) then the larger Hispanic lady that was already refusing my inquiries spoke up and said "I'm themanager" which I am sure was a lie. They both cussed me and began to call me names. I have read many other reviews stating thesame thing. I will never go to this location again. On a side note the Location in Montgomery in the same shopping center asBrookshire Brothers was very nice. The two young men were very polite and fast. Read more
The sandwiches were okay but there was items missing for my wifes sandwich look for $30 for 2 and 1/2 sandwiches seems a little... steep like we got shafted. But still we made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves anyway! Read more
It was only location that was open in the area on Christmas day. The person was awesome and he took care of all the customers... very welcome. We were almost 10 people together and we got the perfect service. Store was clean, foods were fresh and servicewas great. Read more
Literally fed up with subway employees around Montgomery! Never can do a simple sandwich correctly. This store and Eva st. Store... are lazy. We ordered a simple meatball sub with Swiss cheese and when we got it from Uber eats there was no cheese!Unbelievable. 2 things they had to put on bread and couldn?t do that. Read more
