Ordered a blast and paid for extra candy pieces. Got regular ice cream with 2 small pieces of candy on top. Nothing mixed in.... Why pay for extra if you don?t even get a blast to begin with? not to mention everything I ordered had sticky mess dripping downthe sides of the cups and food bag. Looked like some other drink that I didn?t even order spilled all over it. Just ridiculous. Read more

Well, apparantly the employees don't listen or they can't read. We ordered coneys and asked for extra onions; we got no onions;... we ordered UNSWEET TEA, nooooooo! we got sweet tea. The coneys barely had cheese and lukewarm chili. Needless to say.......WEWILL NOT BE BACK! Do better, employees and Sonic. By the way one star is pushing it, but no stars isn't an option. The tator tots were cooked to perfection and not too greasy. The reason for the 3 out of 5 stars falls on two things: having to... ask for napkins and the customer service. My husband placed the order and he has a hearing disability. The young lady on thespeaker was talking so fast it was difficultto comprehend her communication. Then when asked to repeat she seemed annoyed. Ithen took over the conversation because she clearly just wanted to get the info and move on. She then became annoyed with mebecause I repeated our order along with letting her know that she is not coming through clearly. I?ve been coming here for around 16 years and honestly I?ve been mad dissatisfied lately. 1, last weekend got pickle fries and... they threw them into my bag not to mention they were soggy and I counted no joke like 8 fries? Ok cool I guess. Then againtonight I got them, they come with ranch. No ranch. I had to ask 2 times and they took 20 minutes as it wasn?t until I GOT OUTof my car and asked someone. I just don?t understand why it was an issue. Anyways I feel they?re going down a drain and it?sdisappointing. Read more

I love this place the carhops are awesome They treat everyone decent even this old lady and if we're not happy they make it... right.. If I could I'd tip them much better they deserve it especially because I'm picky I don't like cheese on my burgers andsometimes the cook adds it anyway.. But otherwise seeing from the inside how busy they are and how well the management is on topof everything I give it 5 star's as a favorite place to eat. And is very close to home. I hate to leave a bad review of this place, as I?ve been visiting this location for years, but this time I was left very... disappointed. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich (crispy) meal. The drink and tots were excellent, as always, but when I bitinto my sandwich the entire ?brioche? bun was burnt. The chicken was bland , tasteless, rubbery, and the opposite side of thebun was completely drenched in old lettuce and mayo. I usually come to Sonic for their burgers, but opted to try something new.I ultimately paid 8$ for a sandwich that I couldn?t eat, which left me very bummed out and still hungry. Read more
