My sister and I went and got hibachi on a busy Friday. She ordered an old fashioned and the bar tender was very knowledgable... about cocktails. We got the filet and scallops with the Shogun Roll. The show was fun to watch (cooking) & the steak was verytender and flavorful. Scallops are easy to overcook but our chef cooked ours perfectly. I love the steak and ginger sauces thatcome with. Beautiful inside and decent food but lacking in portion for the outrageous prices. Charged $19 for the kids steak; but down the... road it?s $10 with bigger portions. This location offers no noodles with hibachi. Also up charging on all adult meals too; neverpaid this much at any other location. YumYum sauce tasted off as well. Had carryout tonight. The fried appetizers were all good and had generous sauces. The fried rice with steak was good and the... ginger and house sauces were nice. The 3 sushi rolls were meh to one not being edible. It wasn't the raw fish, but the crushedcrab that was spoiled. We tossed that roll. I'd say this is good place to eat for fried and cooked foods. The food here is amazing! Tried so many Japanese restaurants in Houston. This definitely is THE BEST! Worth the 98 mins drive!

This is one of the best shogun locations in all of Texas! John Li is manager and he is so kind and hospitable! Brandon is their... main bartender on the weekends and he is excellent as well!
